I would like to acknowledge some software tools I used to create many aspects of this website. Some tools are shareware, some freeware. Some were used to generate images, background textures and other graphical elements. My website would not exist without the talent and ingenuity of the tool authors, and they have my thanks and admiration.
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Jasc PaintShopPro
  • Terragen
  • Persistence of Vision Raytracing Tool
  • Sausage Software (Reptile Tileable Texture Tool)
  • Flaming Pear (Solar Cell, Lunar Cell, Feather GIF, SuperBladePro, other plugins)
  • Hex Generator (Color Generation)
  • Castle SplitImage
  • Metacreations Bryce 4.1

My name is Stephen Guida. I live in Phoenix, Arizona and work as a computer programmer for American Express. I love my life out here; I have a great home, great job, the best friends and wonderful pets. My volunteer activities with Brambley Hedge Rabbit Rescue give me much satisfaction. I feel very fortunate to have traveled all over the world and have enjoyed my journeys very much, but nothing makes me happier than to be home in Phoenix with my pets.

I was born and raised in Natrona, Pennsylvania, a small town 25 miles northeast of Pittsburgh. I have lived in Washington DC, Chicago, Burlingame, California and now, Phoenix, Arizona. Each of those cities had its own charms and advantages and I enjoyed very much living in each place, but my heart truly belongs in my beloved Southwest USA.

My hobbies are astronomy, computers, art, music, animals and hiking. I feel I live a simple but very rich life. I am grateful for all the blessings I have, and I do have many.

If you wish to send me an email, I would love to hear from you. Just click here.
